Anti-corruption measures
- Not accepting or offering bribes and facilitation payments: In the process of engaging in business activities, the personnel of the organization shall not directly or indirectly provide, promise, request or accept any improper benefits, or make other violations of integrity, illegality, or breach of fiduciary duties or any act with integrity in order to obtain or maintain benefits.
- The objects of the preceding paragraph include public officials, candidates for political participation, political parties or party officials, as well as any public or private enterprises or institutions and their directors (directors), supervisors (supervisors), managers, employees, and actual control or other interested parties.
- Gifts and entertainment: It is forbidden to provide gifts or entertainment to customers, potential customers, government officials or their families that are generated in the course of non-organizational business or that do not comply with this policy.
- Payment and record keeping: All related expenses must be properly recorded, approved and kept for a minimum of 10 years.
- Training: Implement education and training on anti-corruption policies for employees to ensure that they comply with relevant regulations.
